Danish students should pay the deposit no later than Jan 23rd 2023 to reserve a seat on the trip. The rest of the seats will be offered to our Swedish neighbouring inbounds.

If you are registered for the Rotary Denmark Youth Exchange EUROTOUR 2023 this is the latest news.
Due to fewer than required students, we have been forced to reduce the number of busses from three to two.
We are therefore cancelling BUS 3. This means that BUS 1 departing on May 10th will mainly cover the students from Districts 1440, 1450 and 1461.
BUS 2 departing on May 13th will cover Districts 1470, 1480 and Swedish students. BUS 2 will start with pick-ups in Slagelse and Ringsted, then at Copenhagen before travelling to Gedser and towards the first stop-over at Berlin.
So, all your requests for bus bookings can be fulfilled.
The list of students on the individual buses will be sent out next week (week 12) with a revised trip program. All questions regarding the booking and seating on the buses should be directed to Philip Green, the Rotary Denmark Euro Tour coordinator.
