SAILING CAMP – Basic information
The camp is for young people 18 and over, usually without any sailing experience,
who want to find out what sailing is all about and for those who have some
experience in sailing and what to master it.
They will be sailing on Maxus 28 cabin yacht on The Great Masuria Lakes. The
participants will be divided into crews of 6 + skipper. They will be sailing everyday
sleeping in different ports or marinas. Each crew has a helmsman, under whose guidance
the sail, rest and prepare meals. Apart from the camp’s program every participant should
find something interesting for himself: evenings by the bonfire, visits to clubs and discos
or singing shanties, visiting places that can’t be reach by land
- Accommodation on the yacht, everyone has a berth with a mattress
- The make meals themselves from products bought
- The crew will be insured as well as their personal belongings
- There will be a skipper on every yacht
- The program of the sailing camp will be executed depending on the weather
conditions
- Excursions and entrance fees to visited monuments

Documents , Main requirements
- Age – At least 18 years old
- Filled out application form
- ID
- The participant has to know how to swim
You should take with you:
ID, a sleeping bag, a raincoat, a waterproof jacket, a sweater, leather gloves, shoes with soft soles, a baseball cap, a bathing suit, a track suit, a torch/flashlight, sunglasses and suntan lotion
Attention
- The organizers are not responsible for lost or sunken baggage
- You can only walk on yachts in light shoes – sport shoes would be best. – shoes with wooden soles are not allowed
- Your things should be packed in a sailors bag or a backpack (without a frame )
The cruise will take place on Maxus 28 cabin yachts
The yacht is equipped with
- All the sails needed, electricity from a battery, water supply, life saving supplies, all the lines and ropes needed.
- Kitchen with a gas cooker, cutlery, pots and pans
- An engine
