INVITATION to an international youth camp -HAMBURG-LÜBECK-SCHWERIN-

District 1890, District 1940 and 14 Rotary Clubs in the area Hamburg-Lübeck-Schwerin
Participants:
16 girls and boys from 16 different countries
Age:
17 to 19 years
Language:
Participants must have a working knowledge of English.
German and other languages are welcome
Program:
Our guests will spend the first week individually in host families to receive an impression of everyday life in a German family. During the two following weeks the participants will stay together in a youth hostel in Lübeck and make excursions to places representing the history, culture and economy of the aerea between Hamburg, Lübeck und Schwerin. Of course there will be time for fun activities and sports as well.
If you are open minded and curious all you need for a successful camp that offers you to learn about Germany, have lots of fun and gain German and international friends, are brogues and sports and bathing clothes.
Arrival/Departure:
by airplane- Hamburg
By train or bus- Hamburg or Lübeck
Costs:
We demand a fee of 150,00€. The travel expenses to and from Hamburg or Lübeck must paid by the participants. All other costs will be born by the hosts. Participants should bring adequate pocket money.
Insurance:
For the period of participation RC Bad Oldesloe will provide a medical and liability insurance. Nevertheless the participants should have sufficient health, accident, liability and luggage insurance for arrival and departure.
Application:
The YEO`s of the participating countries are asked to send their applications to the German-Multi-District-Coordinators using international standard forms including a photo before April 15th 2019.
Information:
All participants will receive acceptance information immediately further details will arrive not later than May 31st, 2019. After the participants has been accepted, the bill for the fee will be dispatched.When the fee is paid, the participant is finally adopted.
