Austria and Tyrol are home to a great cultural and landscape diversity which we invite you to discover! Impressive mountain lakes, gentle hills and rugged mountain peaks form the background for the sporty activities in this camp. This is a camp with plenty of sports and well balanced cultural activities.

Full accommodation is provided by the RC Telfs Seefeld. The Participants will be hosted at Rotarian Families.


Journey to/from Munich airport (MUC) or Innsbruck airport (INN), or to/from Innsbruck main train station.
Additional costs: Your financial share for guides, travelling, entrance fees, food, and drinks is EUR 400 and the obligatory insurance fee of EUR 41 (both - to pay due in advance during April 2018).
Some pocket money will also be required.


Discover the world's largest historical underground silver mining area (active during 15th to 20th century), the glaciers on the highest mountains, and a large hydroelectric power station. Enjoy outdoor activities like climbing, swimming, rafting, and mountain biking. Experience science at the Institute for Experimental Physics/University of Innsbruck. Learn landscape photography during a photo safari in South Tyrol and visit the world-famous City of Salzburg, the home town of composer W.A. Mozart.

Requirements: The physical ability to swim 200 meters (200 yards) and to walk at least 2 hours during mountain hiking tours!


There is an obligatory fee of EUR 41 for insurance against illness and accidents, including transport home if this should be necessary.


Munich airport (MUC) and by bus or train to Innsbruck main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

If you need help to find the train or bus from airport (MUC) to Innsbruck we will help you – give us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival.
Transfer to/from the guest families to the airport/train station Innsbruck is organized by Rotary.


Maximum number of participants: 16 - One boy or one girl from each country.
Final acceptation will be made according to the arrival order of applications!
No pre-reservations will be accepted without full application form!
The decision on acceptance or refusal of the candidate is strictly within the responsibility of the organising club.
Closing date: The organising club will inform applicants about the final decision by the end of March 2018.

Participants must be at least 17/at most 20 years old at the beginning of the camp!

Special remarks

Participants should be in good physical condition, e.g. be able to swim and hike.
Outdoor clothes, trekking shoes, and bathing clothes, as well as sun protection and
sun glasses are recommended! Accepted applicants will receive a detailed list of
clothing and equipment.
