Program:
We will explore San Diego during your camp. From the Missions to our Museums, you will learn the history of San Diego. We will visit our spectacular beaches, surf and play in the sun. Service will also play a part during our camp. We will assist with different Rotary Service projects throughout the camp.
Clothing:
Casual summer clothing, including beachwear.
Arrival:
Lindbergh Field San Diego, California (SAN) no earlier than
2:00PM Friday 21 June or later than 11:00 PM Friday 21 June
Departure:
Lindbergh Field San Diego (SAN) Sunday 7 July 2019.
Insurance: Insurance fee is included in camp fee and will be a U.S. based medical and personal liability policy.
Fee:
$400 per camper. You will also be responsible for lunches at theme parks and any extra spending money. Fee must be deposited by 1 May 2019 to the bank directed by camp. Bank information will be forwarded once application and acceptance is confirmed.
Application:
Standard Rotary Youth Exchange Short-Term Summer Tour (STEP) Application (via email for acceptance). Acceptances will be granted on first come basis subject to country, age and gender limitations above. We can only grant access from Certified Districts. We hope first time visitors to U.S. will apply. Acceptances will be emailed upon receipt of the application.
