Program and content:
The participants are all part of the camp – everybody must help shape the camp and shape
each other. Our goal is to broaden your minds! In the process, we are going to visit several
places such as both little local cities and Aarhus, the European capital of culture 2017, with
the “rainbow museum”. And we will also visit local educational schools, small untraditional
firms and you will have a night in our national park without all technological distractions.
Everything we do, we do with a twist. We get you, the participants, to think about how you
used to do it and we will open your eyes for new possibilities. In addition, we will show you
the Danish way of local innovation and the famous Danish “hygge”
Accomodation will be in host families two by two
Your personal storage, practical clothes, walking shoes, svimsuit, towel, sleeping bag, sleeping
pad, a raincoat and a small backback for trips and excursions
By plane: Aarhus Airport
By train: Aarhus Rail station
Arrival: Saturday august 19th between 10.00-15.00
Departure: Wednesday august 30th
140 euro or 140 dollars for the camp, all inclusive.
Participants vil have to pay for their ovn trip to/from the camp, and will bring a reasonable amount of pocket money.
All participants must be insured against illness, accident, third party damages and all other
risks according to Rotary International recommendations.
The YEO’s of the participating country are asked to send their applications on international
standard before June 30. 2017.

More information will be sent to all participants in good time before the camp starts. Once
we have all participants' names there will be created a joint facebook page.
After the participant has been accepted, the bill for the fee will be dispatched. When the fee
is paid, the participants is finally adopted.
